Best for: owner-operators (solo to 5 employees) who are stuck in operations and want clarity and momentum.
Welcome to Reboot Coaching
I’m Marc D’Azzo, assisting time-poor small business owners and start-ups to REBOOT their businesses and create a working life that feels manageable again.
I’m a commercial director and business owner with 25+ years’ experience in the real world of business — including building, growing, and acquiring small businesses. I understand what it’s like when everything runs through you, your diary is full, and there’s no space left to think strategically.
I’m qualified and accredited (Business Studies degree with a major in Marketing, Business & Life Coaching diploma, and Accredited Practitioner Coach with the International Authority for Professional Coaching and Mentoring).
But more importantly, I bring practical commercial experience — the kind that helps you make decisions and move forward quickly..
Early in my career I was fortunate to find an incredible mentor who made me feel valued and supported — and helped me shift my mindset and actions to launch and run my first business. I aim to have that same impact on you and your business: clarity, confidence, and momentum.
Running and launching a business is demanding. Over time, like an overworked computer, we can slow down — too many tasks open, too many decisions, too many pressures. Sometimes the smartest move is to pause, clear the clutter, and REBOOT.
That’s why my coaching practice is called REBOOT Coaching. I support business owners to reboot their business and refresh their working life — by removing barriers (practical and mindset), setting clear priorities, and building a simple plan you can execute alongside the day-to-day. The outcomes clients usually want are more focus, more progress, and more control of their time — as well as growth and improved income.
I’ve launched, grown, and acquired businesses across property, events, music, and sport. Some projects have been more successful than others — and those lessons (including the hard ones) are often what make coaching truly valuable.
I’ve also worked in larger organisations (including Birra Peroni and Grand Metropolitan Brewing), which means I can combine big-picture strategy with the reality of running a small business where time and capacity are limited.
My coaching style is collaborative and supportive — and I will hold you accountable. Sometimes that includes a little tough love and an outside perspective, always with your goals in mind. We’ll keep it practical and action-focused: you’ll leave sessions with decisions made and next steps agreed.
I’ve supported entrepreneurs to build wealth, business partners to achieve major goals, and musicians to reach the UK charts. Whatever the situation, the common thread is the same: when you get clear and take the right action consistently, results follow.
And while business can be hard work, I believe there should also be enjoyment on the journey. I bring warmth, energy, and honesty to my work — as well as perspective from life outside business, as a husband, father, and friend.
